Our well-being arts sessions are all about getting creative, making things and relaxing around like-minded people. Plus, they’re free!

Here, we offer you the chance to discover a range of techniques and materials to express yourself creatively, in a safe, supportive and friendly environment. Making things is one of the best way to improve well-being, since it brings a sense of achievement, while keeping away negative thoughts.

Here’s an example of the things you could be creating in one our well-being arts sessions; a scrapbook telling about a story of your choice. It could be yours, your pet’s, from someone in your family or from a person you admire.

To create ‘your story’, you’re free to use any materials available. Our facilitator will guide you in the creative process, while showing and teaching you techniques, and giving you advice.

In addition to being able to freely and creatively express yourself, this workshop is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people. Plus, Arts for well-being, and especially scrapbook making, constitute an effective way to exorcise negative thoughts and states of minds. However, if you’re already feeling great and happy in your life, why not coming for the fun of it, and for the chance of handcrafting something meaningful to you?

 

Whichever category you fit in, whatever you do, or wherever you’re coming from, come and try our arts for well-being workshops, and you’ll see: it’ll lift up your spirits! Here’s your chance to relax, take time out, and learn how to use creativity to destress.

 

The workshops run every Thursday from 10 am to 12 pm. Just drop in, no need to book!  No previous experience needed. All tools & equipment provided. Teas and Coffees available. Donations welcome.
