Creative, engaging, arts classes and activities, workshops and volunteer opportunities. We enable you to explore your creativity to improve your well-being and develop your skills and leisure interests.
The therapeutic effects of participating in the Arts has been well documented by the NHS. It can help you develop yourself, improve your mental health and even benefit your future employability.

In these sewing classes, you can learn how to make your own wearable art, repair, alter, embellish or customise your clothing and home accessories.
Use a sewing machine or hand-stitch to recycle, re-use, re-vamp and repurpose. Create a new wardrobe from pre-loved fabrics. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment.

Our well-being arts workshops are all about getting creative, making things and relaxing around like-minded people. De-stress, relax, learn new skills and make new friends. An ideal way to battle depression, anxiety and isolation.

Spanish Intermediate Conversation Classes

Ideal for those who have a good grounding in Spanish, but who would like to improve their conversation skills, beyond ordering a beer at the bar.
