Sewing classes help you create your own wardrobe, up-cycle, embellish & customise your clothing. North Bristol Community Project run affordable, fun sewing classes you can join anytime, no matter what your level.
Sewing classes run every Monday from 10 to 12 noon (except Bank Holidays), at North Bristol Community Project.
At our sewing classes, learn how to make your own wearable art, repair, alter, embellish or customise your clothing.
Use a sewing machine and hand stitch to create unique, one of a kind gifts: textile 3D cards, personalised bunting, bags, belts, i-phone & i-pad covers, wall hangings, throws, brooches, cushions covers, soft toys, quilts and so much more.
Bring your own fabric, or choose from our selection of materials (prices vary according to items).
All tools and equipment provided. No previous experience necessary. All abilities and genders welcome.
Tea and coffee available on request.
Places are limited to 6 learners in each group. Pre-book and get a discount: 4 two hour sessions £50, 3 two hour sessions £43.50, 2 two hour sessions £33, Alternatively, drop in (if places available) £20 cash on the day.
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment.
